- Lead the research and design to define the design and strategy for the tool.
- Create a user journey that walks the prospective teaching student through the paths in a simple and graphically-oriented way, similar to quiz format.
Research
Conducting the research to understand and map student journeys from admissions to application in a variety of teaching credential programs. The purpose of the study was to identify opportunities to improve students’ end-to-end experiences.
Ideation
Rapid iterations of user flow and back-end strategy of the tool that delivers customized results that are built on students’ input.
